Where it all began.
Tom Roeger was 40 years old when he made his first guitar. It took him two years to complete. After a two-year hiatus, Tom made his second guitar, and the rest is history. Twenty years later, he’s produced over 100 instruments. His guitars are the Grand Prize for contest winners at the prestigious Indiana Fingerstyle Festival, and have made their way to musicians around the U.S. (and even the world!).

From that first hand-crafted guitar, Tom knew he’d found something special. It was one of the coolest things he’d ever done—a hobby practiced by few, devoted to building instruments with quality to match their design.
Tonal quality is at the forefront of each build, with a priority on creating a balanced and responsive sound reminiscent of pre-war Martins. Nostalgic, rich, and full of character. A pivotal piece of this lies in his experiments with different bracing styles, curating the sound with intentional placements and sturdy, lightweight materials.
